Our customer support team strives to offer unparalleled service and response times to all of our customers. Our customer support covers product installation and training support, warranty management, technical support and a post-warranty repairs and maintenance service.

INSTALLATION & TRAINING SUPPORT

After receiving your equipment, Notting Hill Devices will arrange a video conference to cover on-site installation and training.

A typical video call includes hardware and software installation and validation, presentation of the system. It also covers in detail the operating manual, FAQ and how to contact customer support should the need arise.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our customer support team makes every effort to provide accurate, qualified responses to your questions as rapidly as possible.

We respond via phone, video conference and/or email to inquiries related to hardware, software, troubleshooting and more.

12 MONTH WARRANTY & EXTENDED WARRANTY

All Notting Hill Devices hardware is covered by a one-year parts and labour warranty. We also provide subscription packages and extended warranty coverage which offers peace of mind to ensure your research will not be interrupted and your equipment will continue to operate at its optimal performance.

MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS

Notting Hill Devices provides a full range of maintenance and repair services its products post warranty period.

Notting Hill Devices offer the peace of mind of a fixed price quote and repair process. For $AU200+GST, we will inspect, diagnose and prepare a fixed price quote for the repair of your Notting Hill Devices hardware. Maintenance labour is charged at $AU150/hr+GST. Hardware repairs will have a 60-day warranty on the repair conducted.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to Notting Hill Devices. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs and return.

Notting Hill Devices Warranty Policy

Notting Hill Devices warrants this instrument for a period of one year from date of purchase. At its absolute discretion, Notting Hill Devices will repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective.

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse or accident.

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

The warranty inquiries should state the serial number of the instrument.

Notting Hill Devices is not liable for incidental or consequential damages nor are their implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular use.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless an WMA (warranty materials authorization) number has been issued by our customer service department. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs, replacement and return. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original device.
